Anzani Menu

There are touches of other cultures that can be found in the menu, so Anzani Cebu is not exclusively Italian. They have antipasti sampler that features small bites that are preludes to their main dishes. Chef Marco prepares the cuisine himself along his signature dishes.

Anzani has mouthwatering lunch and dinner choices including beef tender fazzoletti, grilled fillet of pompano fish or greek spinach pie with feta cheese, herb crusted cream dory triangles fillet, herb crusted medallions of U.S. angus beef, spiced moroccan organic young red pick chicken, and seared ostrich escalope.

Anzani bakes their own bread that come out fresh and hot from its brick oven. They have a richer taste as they are baked in clay pots. They also make their own pasta, mixing in ingredients with the pasta dough to come up with a different spin to common pasta dishes.

For first time guests, it is recommended to try their full course meal for a total experience. A typical meal for two would cost around PHP3,000 including drinks. Anzani is specifically proud of their “red plate” degustation that ranges from Php1,500 (tasting degustation) to Php3,500 (6-7 courses) per head. Chef Marco was recognized by the New York Times as one of the pioneers of New Mediterranean Cuisine, and he continues to innovate his kitchen to provide better dining experience.
