Maya is the probably the closest you will get to experiencing Mexico, a country known for sophisticated culinary culture. The ambiance of the place is laid back and subtle as it was created to be a casual restaurant and tequila lounge. The interior and the general atmosphere mesh antiquated aesthetics with modern elegance perfectly.

Maya adopts traditional recipes and utilizes fresh local ingredients like naturally raised pork and locally grown Boer goats. Their dishes reflect the inventiveness of Hispanic American communities of the American Southwest and the genuine Mexican cuisine that unites well-known Mexican street food from the stalls of Mexico City and family dishes from the coast of Mayan Riviera.
